Cumcumber Lemon Mint Water

I was out gazing on Pinterest last week and saw this Cucumber Lemon Mint Water. After a little online digging, I found there were several recipes but decided to follow this recipe.


Thinly slice a whole lemon and about half a cucumber, putting both in a 2 quart glass pitcher. Snip three sizable sprigs of mint and add. I filled the rest of the pitcher with cold, filtered water and put it into the fridge overnight. The flavors will intensify overnight.


This infused water is flavorful, but not overpowering, and is essentially calorie free. This is the perfect drink after a long walk in the park! Enjoy!
